Our Experience
Graceful Hands is a home care agency co-founded by Kelly Dixon, BSN, MSN, CRNP, CRNA, DNP, and Alia Dixon (mother and daughter), who both have extensive experience in providing quality home care services.
Kelly has over 30+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Anesthetist culminating with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP). Alia has 8 years of experience providing home care services to the Matriarch of our family, her grandmother, Grace.
We take pride in the care and love we have been honored to provide to our mother/grandmother. Our personal experience made us realize the importance of giving great loving care while assisting a loved one and helping them maintain their best quality of life safely in their home environment.
